According to sub-regulation 3, Regulation 6, Factories And Machinery (Persons In Charge) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, it is for any person in charge of an internal combustion engine in any installation with the highest rate of output exceeding one thousand kilowatts and not exceeding five thousand kilowatts (1000 kilowatts > engine production rate < 5000 kilowatts)
