Responsible Person (Working Platform and Gondola) present and provide full supervision of erection, inspection, maintenance and dismantling carry out on the hoisting machine. They ensure the safety and health of the person who is under his or her supervision during erection, inspection, maintenance and dismantling carry out on the hoisting machine. CERTIFICATE:a) Approval Letter of Responsible Person for Working Platform and Gondola MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND COURSE DURATION:a) Malaysian Citizen; and<br>b) Medically Fit acknowledge by recognized doctor; andc) Have at least five (5) years working experience in erection, maintenance, inspection and dismantling of the hoisting machined) Have attended a safety course for working at heightse) Have attended a Risk Management course (Risk Management /<br>HIRARC)f) Have attended technical courses related to installation, maintenance, inspection and overhaul of lifting machines with Principal companyg) Pass the interview scheduled by the department

To inform the Department (State DOSH) on any defects encountered on crane structure and components which is under his area of supervision

To carry out regular inspection and prepare a report accordingly on all cranes under the supervision at a minimum once in a month
